Easy Therapist Sites Terms and Conditions

Prior to proceeding, we want you to understand your rights and responsibilities.

If you are requesting a free trial:

  1. Your trial website is a test site only and therefore it is not a live www site. You can create your website in our test environment for the full 30 days of your trial. At any time during those 30 days, you may make your site live on the internet by contacting us at support@easytherapysites.com or by calling 949.309.2590 and we will walk you through the payment and set-up process.
  2. You may have full use (and download) the support documents, audio tutorials and join our live tutorial teleclass to learn how to build your site during your 30-day trial. Please note that live customer support is only available to people who have purchased a full version of Easy Therapy Sites.
  3. If you choose not to purchase the full version of Easy Therapy Sites after the 30-day trial period, your test site will be taken down.
  4. We offer only one trial site per customer.

If you would like to purchase a full version of Easy Therapy Sites and go live with your website:

  1. Here are your two payment options:
    1. We offer an installment payment plan. If you decide to purchase with the installment plan, you agree to pay 12 equal and consecutive monthly installment payments of $49.99. Thereafter you will charged $99 once a year for website hosting. This $99 fee will be charged in month 13 and then again annually thereafter unless we are notified by you in writing that you wish to terminate. If your installment or annual hosting fee payments are not received within thirty days of the invoice date, your site will be removed from the internet.
    2. We also offer you an option to make a one-time payment of $580 (a savings of $20 over the installment plan) along with the annual charge of $99 yearly to host your website. Again, this $99 fee will be charged in month 13 and then every 12 months annually thereafter unless notified by you in writing that you wish to terminate. If your annual hosting fee payment is not received within thirty days of the invoice date, your site will be removed from the internet.
  2. In most instances, the Easy Therapy Sites service will replace your current hosting and email services. However you are responsible for any contractual agreements and the associated fees which may continue after hosting has been moved to easytherapyhosting.com. Please contact your current hosting provider to determine your liability.
  3. Should you wish to add additional services to your Easy Therapy Sites website such as online schedulers, autoresponders or newsletter programs, these will need to be purchased separately. This will be for services not provided by Easy Therapy Sites, including, but not limited to: URL registrar, merchant accounts, credit card processing, newsletter providers, online schedulers and other third party applications.
  4. Finally, you, as a full Easy Therapy Services purchaser, own the text, uploaded images and data content that you put on your website. Easy Therapy Sites provides and owns the template, design and the programming platform upon which your data is housed. This means that should you decide to move your site in the future, you will take your text and uploaded images. However, you will not be able to take with you the design and template that Easy Therapy Sites provides.
